- National Resource Center on Nutrition and Aging
- The National Resource Center on Nutrition and Aging (NRCNA) is hosted by Meals on Wheels America as part of a cooperative agreement with the Administration on Aging. It is designed to assist the national aging network, including local nutrition programs and national associations and state and regional agencies involved with aging, in the implementation of the nutrition portions of the Older Americans Act.

- This brief from NCOA’s Senior Hunger Initiative summarizes promising practices in outreach, application assistance, and follow-up, and may be replicated by community organizations seeking effective ways to increase senior SNAP enrollment and to alleviate senior hunger.
- Combating Food Insecurity: Tools for Helping Older Americans Access SNAP (2014)
- AARP Foundation, in collaboration with the Food Research and Action Center, created this digital resource hub that provides best practices for connecting older adults to SNAP. It offers tips and examples to help organizations of all sizes address food insecurity in all types of communities.
